The Summit is a 3-day immersive experience in Los Angeles for adidas NIL athletes and their families. It combines elite training, brand education, mentorship, and cultural experiences to prepare you for success on and off the court.

As part of your Summit experience, you will receive exclusive adidas performance and lifestyle gear. Athletes will be required to wear adidas apparel during all training sessions, workshops, and official Summit events.
The adidas NIL Summit will accommodate 1 athlete and 1 companion. Additional guests may attend at their own expense; however, Summit programming, including meals, events, and both on- and off-court sessions, will be reserved exclusively for the invited companion.
Companions will share in many of the core experiences, including travel, accommodations, select meals, the Lakers game, and evening events. Dedicated downtime and parallel activities will also be available during training sessions.
Yes. One companion is welcome, and adidas will cover both travel and accommodations for them.
Athletes will receive adidas gear for training sessions, workshops, and select events, and are expected to wear it during official Summit programming.
For companions, casual and comfortable attire is recommended for daytime sessions, with slightly elevated looks for evening dinners and special events. Please note that competitor logos are not permitted at the Summit.
